Trane, a renowned company specializing in heating and cooling solutions, approached us with a request to develop a custom container for their prototype Super Heater.

The challenge? The container had to be completed within a monthand ready for an exhibition in Lindau, Germany, right in the middle of the busy holiday season and construction break.

Solution

After productive discussions and brainstorms with Trane, we selected a 20ft High Cube Double Door shipping container as the foundation. The design incorporated several custom modifications to meet the specific needs of the Super Heater, including:

• Ventilation openings with grilles and two fans for air circulation and heat dissipation.
• Maintenance access panels for easy inspections and servicing.
• A reinforced, transport-ready structure to ensure safety during handling and transit.
